Metis is an AI-powered stock analysis platform designed for the Indian stock market. The Service provides:

• Technical analysis of stocks listed on NSE and BSE
• AI-generated chart analysis when images are uploaded
• Computed indicators including RSI, MACD, Bollinger Bands, SMA, ATR, and pivot points
• Conviction scoring and trend assessment

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of SEBI regulations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service beyond normal use
• Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit the analysis outputs without permission
• Interfere with the Service's infrastructure or other users' access
• Upload malicious files or content that violates third-party rights

The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, and branding, is owned by Metis. Analysis outputs generated for you are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You retain ownership of any chart images you upload.

Metis is not a SEBI-registered investment advisor, research analyst, or portfolio manager. The analysis provided is purely informational and educational. It should not be construed as investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell securities, or a solicitation of any kind.

You acknowledge that:

• Stock market investments carry inherent risk, including the potential loss of principal
• Past performance and technical indicators do not guarantee future results
• AI-generated analysis may contain errors or inaccuracies
• You are solely responsible for your investment decisions
• You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Metis and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, without limitation, any financial losses resulting from trading decisions made based on the Service's analysis.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription or credits. Pricing, credit allocation, and refund policies are detailed at the point of purchase. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service. You may delete your account at any time through the settings page.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
